Boarding with us
We ask that customers book their pets for boarding as soon as possible. During Holiday months Chart Sutton Kennels and Cattery get booked up very quickly, and we do not like to disappoint.
Boarding Fees.
* Fees include insurance for all pets during their stay and for 72 hours after leaving, accommodation, heating, care, food (excluding veterinary prescribed food, or specialist food), bedding, and a bed time treat.
* Fees are calculated to include the day of arrival, to the day of collection & the days in between. This is inclusive regardless of whether the animal is collected before the due collection date. Extra days will be charged for in full.
*All boarding Fees are fully payable within 14 days of making the booking if less than 3 months in advance. If the booking is more than 3 months in advance 50% is payable with the remainder being requested 13 weeks prior to commencement of boarding.
* There is a surcharge for all Bank Holidays. Per booking NOT per pet.
* An administration charge of £30.00 will be added to any change/s of date after a confirmation has been accepted by Chart Sutton Kennels Ltd.
* CANCELLATION OF BOARDING. 21 Days notice must be given for a full refund less the administration charge of £30.00. 14 days notice given will allow 50% refund. No refund after 14 days.

Accommodation.
* At Chart Sutton Kennels and Cattery, all pets are housed in accommodation suitable for breed and size. We will only accommodate multiples, if they are from the same household this is in accordance with the statutory Animal Boarding Establishment Act of 1963.
* All accommodation comes with a comfortable insulated sleeping area, with a covered run attached each pet therefore freely enjoys its own outside space.
* A plastic oval bed is supplied, plus VET BED GOLD.
* Whilst every care will be taken, to return personal possessions (toys, bedding, leads, etc), we will not take responsibility for items left behind.

* Chart Sutton Kennels use ARDEN GRANGE complete dry feed, at no extra charge.
*Alternatively, any owner can bring the food that their pet is usually fed at home. See note below reference to raw or cooked produce.
* We encourage owners to allow enough food for the duration of your pets stay at Chart Sutton Kennels and Cattery. All foods must be provided, in closed containers, sealed tins, or sealed bags.
* Perscription diets can be catered for. These will need to be supplied by the owner.
**We are unable to store or feed raw, or cooked meats**
*Alternatively, any owner can bring the food that their pet is usually fed at home. See note below reference to raw or cooked produce.
* We encourage owners to allow enough food for the duration of your pets stay at Chart Sutton Kennels and Cattery. All foods must be provided, in closed containers, sealed tins, or sealed bags.

Vaccinations.
* It is a requirement of the Animal Boarding Establishment Act 1963 that precautions be taken to prevent the outbreak and spread of disease. We ask that your dog be vaccinated at least 14 days before boarding in accordance with the above mentioned Act.
* Please bring your dogs up to date vaccination certificate, signed by a Veterinarian, on arrival of boarding.

*Distemper *Infectious Hepititis *Parvo Virus *Leptospirosis *Para Influenza *Infectious Tracheobronchitis (Kennel Cough). |
Cats MUST be vaccinated for: *Feline Enteritis
*Feline Chlamydia *Feline Influenza *Feline Leukemia. |
Medication.
*In order to provide the best care to your pet please advise staff of any pre existing medical conditions.
*We are able to administer medication prescribed by your pets Vet. Remember on admission to leave plenty of time to discuss your pets prescription and check & sign the Medication Sheet.
*Medication must be in prescribed packaging. We do not make an extra charge for this service.
**We are unable to take diabetic pets.**

Veterinary Attendence.
* Should Veterinary attention be required, we will endeavour to use your pets Veterinarian, should this not be practical for any reason, Chart Sutton Kennels will use their own Veterinarian. All pets can be guaranteed immediate attention.
Licence and Insurance Cover.
*Chart Sutton Kennels and Cattery is a Licenced pet boarding establishment, and is fully insured.
